List your bay
Drop a pin, add photos, choose the hours it's free and set your price. Verify your ID once with Stripe.
Drivers book it
You get a notification for each booking and can message the driver in the app.
Get paid
Your share is paid to your bank account. No cash, no chasing anyone.
Find a bay
See private bays on the map with prices. Filter by covered, EV charger, security gate or price.
Book and pay
Choose your time and pay with card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You get a booking code straight away.
Park and go
Follow the directions and access notes. Running late? Extend from the app if the bay is free.

Questions
Good to know
Is it free to list my bay?
Yes. Listing is free. BayShareOz takes a 15% commission from each booking, and drivers pay a 10% service fee. During the launch offer, the first 50 hosts keep 100% for 3 months.
Am I allowed to rent out my bay?
If you own a house, usually yes. If you're in a unit or apartment, your strata by-laws may have rules, so we ask strata owners to upload their by-laws or approval. Renters need permission from their landlord. Some councils have extra rules, which we check when you list.
What if a driver overstays or someone blocks the bay?
Use "Report a problem" in the app and we'll sort it out. Drivers get a full refund if the bay was unavailable. Drivers who overstay can be charged and removed from BayShareOz.
How do I get paid?
You set up payouts with Stripe when you list your first bay, which also verifies your ID. Stripe pays your share into your bank account after each booking.
Can I cancel a booking?
Drivers can cancel for a full refund up to 1 hour before the start time.
Which areas are you starting in?
We're starting in inner Perth: the CBD, Northbridge, East Perth and areas near the hospitals and Optus Stadium, then expanding based on the waitlist.
